Asana is an International Teacher, Speaker & Intuitive Mentor. She has studied metaphysics and natural health for decades and holds many certifications. For the last 8 years focused on Ancient Eastern Wisdom. Her first awakening moments occurred during the reading of Autobiography of A Yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda many years ago.

Asana’s greatest passion is assisting other ONES remember their Divine ONE Self.  She will help you discover the contents of your egoic mind thus uncovering the superimposed false concepts and beliefs that prevent your True Nature, God Self, from Being expressed. The ancient eastern scriptures reveal the Awareness that came to the Guru’s and Yogi’s of India and make up the Veda’s. The underlying teaching of the Veda’s is the concept that the individual is not an independent entity, but, rather, a part of the Universal Consciousness, the ONE LOVE.

The teachings are not only beautifully expressed and written in a way that speaks to the soul, these scriptures, have the power to awaken within, the ONESELF.  It is DIVINE KNOWLEDGE and is what we all are.
